Mixed myself my lime and salt - morning shot done. I'm actually enjoying the taste of this today too, whats wrong with me!! I decided I would start the day with a protein shake, so I mixed one with some blueberries in my nutribullet. I am feeling good and actually feeling leaner today. I'm sure it might just be one of those days - you know - you feel much thinner - and then it goes away as you eat your way through lots of rubbish food because you can cause you are having a skinny day! However, the old me would have done that, the new me has her protein shake and thinks about the cake I could eat and then swiftly moves on!
The fella was around today and Walter was off to day care with Ruff Mutts. They are great - any dog owners out there who live in North London - give them a look.
After getting the obligatory admin done for our stage schools we run we decided we would go and get a healthy brunch in Muswell Hill. Our favourite place is Feast. Baring in mind it was now about 1.30pm and nothing solid had entered my body I was pretty hungry by now. I ordered a omelette with sundried tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms and feta with a side salad. I had worked out that this would probably take up two of my green boxes and 1 portion of my protein today. Had this with a skinny latte also. My fella said he was going to have the healthy option too but fell at the ordering hurdle and ordered a burger and chips! Ooops!
A little too full of food I was off to teach my Reloaded Yoga class at Nuffield Health and Fitness in Covent Garden. I love my Friday session, Its an amazing workout that ends in relaxation so sets you up nicely for the weekend. My weekend of course is jam packed full of theatre schools and 4 shows, so its a momentary relax.
Had a fantastic full class today full of people that were focused and worked really hard! Happy days.
Today was still going well but then I remembered - I hadn't done my 21 Day Fix workout today. Looked at the plan and it was a legs day. Brilliant, Reloaded is really leg heavy. On I cracked - it was hard, but I got through it. Warm up and a show. Had a friend in today watching which helped get me through the fatigue I was feeling in my body! The lovely Tanya, who is a fellow Beachbody Ambassador, was watching with her husband. They loved the show.
I left for home and had to grab something on the way to eat - I opted for a Pret wrap, It could have been worse, it could have been Mcdonalds! I am really noticing how rubbish I am with my food. I really need to be more organised to do this eating plan. Evidently I'm not! Off to bed now - lets see what tomorrow brings.
